1. What Sendra does
Sendra is a Figma plugin that converts email designs into email-safe HTML. Sendra is built for Figma but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma.
2. Your license to use Sendra
As long as you follow these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sendra. On paid plans, this right lasts as long as your subscription is active.
3. Free plan and paid plans
Sendra offers a free plan with a limited number of exports. Once you reach that limit, you can subscribe to a paid plan to keep exporting. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
4. License keys
Paid plans include a license key. Your key may be activated on the number of seats included with your plan. Please keep your key private. Publicly sharing, reselling, or distributing your key, or using it beyond the seats you paid for, is not allowed and may result in your key or access being suspended.
5. Payments, renewals, and cancellations
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We may change our prices, and if we do, we'll give you notice before the change applies to your plan.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Sendra isn't right for you, email support@hellosendra.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no hassle. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Sendra lawfully and not to:
- copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the Service,
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin, except where the law allows,
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or
- use the Service to create or send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the designs you create and to the HTML that Sendra generates for you. We don't claim any ownership over your designs or your exported HTML. You are responsible for the content you design and send.
9. Our content
Sendra, including the plugin, website, code, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't give you any ownership of Sendra itself.
10. Email rendering
Sendra is built to produce HTML that works across major email clients, including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and AOL. Email clients are made by third parties, change often, and each renders HTML differently. Because of that, we can't guarantee identical or flawless rendering in every client, version, or device. We work hard to keep compatibility high, but the final result also depends on your design and the client your recipients use.
11. Service availability and changes
Sendra is actively developed, and we may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update or discontinue parts of the Service. We'll try to avoid disruption, but we don't guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Termination
You can stop using Sendra at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. If your access ends, the sections that should reasonably survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
