What we collect
We only collect what we need to run Sendra:
- When you contact us: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- When you buy a paid plan: your name, email, and billing details are collected by our payment provider to process your purchase. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your license details. We never see or store your full payment card information.
- When you use the plugin: to convert your work into HTML, Sendra processes the design content you choose to export. We use this only to generate your export. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on our website. Our site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your messages and provide support,
- process your purchase and deliver your license,
- provide, maintain, and improve the Sendra plugin, and
- meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we rely on to run Sendra, such as our payment provider and the providers that host our software. They may use your information only to perform services for us, not for their own purposes.
Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles billing under its own privacy policy.
International users
Sendra is available worldwide. If you use Sendra from outside Canada, your information may be processed and stored in Canada or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU and UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email support@hellosendra.com and we'll help.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide Sendra, support you, and meet legal or tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
